Alan Beaton, Contracts Director
Alan has been with Lomond Homes for 10 years and as a time-served joiner to trade has been involved in many aspects of the company's operations. Alan has a thorough understanding of the building industry and appreciates all the challenges and the satisfaction of building top quality new homes. Alan and his team are focused on delivering every Lomond home to the highest standards possible and is passionate about creating a property that not only provides a luxurious place to ‘live the difference’, but also provides a sound investment for the future.
Lesley Couper, Sales Director
Lesley has been with Lomond Homes for 9 years and has a broad experience in all stages of the sales cycle from concept through to development. Lesley manages our highly experienced sales team and also works closely with our architectural team helping develop new house styles. Lesley is involved in creating the final specification of our house styles and has introduced several new items to our standard specification which are exciting and innovative. Lesley and her sales team have also created a customer focussed sales procedure that will help guide you through your purchase with ease and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Derek McAndrew, Production Manager
Derek has been with Lomond Homes for over 13 years and manages our timber frame manufacturing operations at our extensive facilities in Glenrothes. Prior to this he was head of our Finishing Workshop. With a specialist team of craftsmen, and the full support of our own ‘in-house’ architectural and technical advisory teams, Derek has a wealth of experience and knowledge that will ensure that the quality and beauty of your Lomond home goes a lot more than skin-deep.
Douglas Robb, Site Manager
Douglas is a highly experienced Lomond Homes Site Manager with 45 years experience in all aspects of the construction industry. Douglas manages the large team of construction workers and technicians that are working closely together to create our Comrie Castle development. Douglas will make sure that your new home is built on time, right first time, and you are able to move-in and enjoy the Lomond ‘difference’ with the minimum of fuss.
