Grant Ritchie, Managing Director, Lomond Homes
Grant manages all aspects of Lomond Homes and, together with his brother Phillip, leads the Lomond Group. He has been in the building trade for 20 years, serving his time as an apprentice joiner before becoming involved in the family business.
In his role as Managing Director of Lomond Homes, Grant is renowned for his attention to detail and is involved in all aspects of the company from the initial design of house types and site layout, through to the finished product. Grant also works closely with our Sales Team to devise and implement innovative sales strategies, whilst continuing to offer a diverse range of quality house types.
Grant’s drive and focus brings inspiration to the Lomond team who are all working towards exceeding our customers’ expectations and standards.

Alan Beaton, Contracts Director
Alan Beaton has more than 30 years of experience within the building trade, beginning his career as an apprentice joiner before moving to Lomond 14 years ago. Since then he has been a committed member of the Lomond team, working up the ranks to become the company’s Contracts Director. In this role he is responsible for overseeing each of the firm’s sites and man managing their construction teams.

Gerry Brady, Chief Accountant
Gerry has been involved with Lomond since 2001, initially as an external auditor and as, from 2006,.Chief Accountant since. He is responsible for managing the financial aspect of all group companies, including: Lomond Homes, Lomond Land, Lomond Timber Frame and the Byzantium restaurant. He is also tasked with producing monthly management accounts, forecasts and the year end accounts.

Neil Sellars, Technical Manager
Neil joined Lomond Homes ten years ago, whilst completing his HND in “Architectural Technology.” A decade on, he has now risen through the company to the position of Technical Manager, taking overall control of our Technical and Production teams.
In his capacity as Technical Manager, Neil is also responsible for the day-to-day running of our state-of-the-art timber-frame kit manufacturing facility. In this extremely demanding role, Neil also works closely with our Civils team, and manages the co-ordination of all on/off-site utilities infrastructure.

Scott Barclay BEng, Project Engineer/Surveyor
Scott has been in the Engineering industry since 1992, after gaining an Honours degree in Civil Engineering. For the first thirteen years he specialised in land surveying and site services, and has carried out a vast spectrum of surveying and setting-out for numerous Housebuilders, Consulting Engineers and Architects.
Since joining Lomond in 2004 as Project Engineer/Surveyor, his responsibilities have expanded to include dealing with all engineering aspects, both on site and in the design office. In this role, he deals with both our own site and design teams, as well as external Consultants.
Scott is also heavily involved in the site design and layouts. He works closely with both site staff and office design staff and provides a pivotal link between both sets of these key personnel. He remains responsible for all land surveying and site setting-out needed within Lomond Homes and the other divisions in the group.

Corrina Black, Sales Manager, Lomond Homes
As Sales Manager, Corrina is responsible for leading the sales team whilst providing support to the advertising and marketing department. She moves between developments, working out of Lomond’s stunning show homes, acting as the first point of contact for customers. A customer-facing approach remains an integral part of her role as does ensuring that the company ethos is conveyed to them.
Corrina has been working at Lomond for five years. Prior to joining the company she completed an HND in Business Studies.

Donna Valente, Customer Care & Technical Co-ordinator
Donna has worked within the industry for two decades, and for the last three years with Lomond. Having a background as an Architectural Technician (being HNC-qualified), Donna’s current role places her as a central link in the Lomond team, working with and alongside tradesmen, customers, suppliers and design staff.
In her Customer Care capacity, she provides a first point of contact for home-buyers should they need any assistance following handover, while her other role requires that Donna works with our finishing joinery and Technical teams, and is also Lomond’s Lead Procurer.

Debbie Kemp, Creative Co-ordinator
Debbie has over twenty years experience in the Graphic Design market. With a wide-ranging portfolio, and hands-on experience in many aspects of the company, she not only leads all in-house visual communication solutions, but is also heavily involved with managing the Lomond Group’s websites. She works alongside the sales and marketing team, providing design and media co-ordination, and in turn enhances the company’s profile and improves brand awareness.
