Part-time Sales Advisor  

We are currently looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to work at our Lochgelly Development. 

This role requires an individual who has previous sales experience, can demonstrate excellent communication/organisational skills as well as being computer literate.  Self motivation and determination to achieve results are essential. 

The sales advisor will essentially act as a central point between customer, company and solicitors.  Responsibilities include generating sales, achieving sales targets, liaising with site and contract staff and reporting sales activities.

Excellent remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.

Lomond Homes is a rapidly expanding property development company based within the Lomond Business Park in Glenrothes.

This role requires an individual who has excellent organisational skills and can liaise with managers and other department heads to ensure projects run to set budgets.  Key responsibilities include;

Candidates will ideally have experience in managing commercial projects including Nursing Homes and Social Housing and should be available for projects commencing early 2010.  Self motivation and determination to achieve results are essential.

Hours of work will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm on Friday.

Salary negotiable.
