Lomond Homes in the Final!
Lomond Homes have been announced as one of the three finalists in the Scottish Home Awards, in the category of Small House Builder of the year along with Meridian Homes and MacTaggart Mickel Homes. The Awards, sponsored by ros.gov.uk, revealed the shortlist following judging of over 130 entries. The entries have been judged on a range of criteria including energy efficiency, location, design and materials, marketing and incentives.
Reflecting on a difficult time for the Construction Industry Grant Ritchie, Managing Director of Lomond Homes said:
“The last two years has been amongst the most difficult of my career in the industry. But it is always a real boost to the morale of everyone involved in Lomond Homes when we are short listed for an award but even more so when we are included on a list as one of the top three small house builders in this country. It shows that all our work in creating a diverse and sustainable business model is being recognised. I would like to take this opportunity to wish the other two finalists the very best of luck and for thanking everyone associated with the Lomond brand name for their commitment, belief and hard work.”
All the winners will be announced at the Scottish Home Awards ceremony at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa in Edinburgh on Thursday the 17th June.
