Your Wedding paid for, vows Scottish Housebuilder
A Scottish housebuilder is offering homebuyers a very special Valentine’s Day incentive – a wedding at one of the country’s most romantic locations.
Lomond Homes is offering a full wedding package at the world-famous Gretna Green to couples buying a house over the Valentine’s weekend (11-15 Feb).
The package includes inviting up to 50 guests, as well as wedding day essentials such as photography, a three-course meal, a wedding cake, entertainment and an overnight stay in a romantic bridal suite.
The offer applies to those who purchase a house at Lomond Homes’ New Farm Vale development, near Lochgelly, or its Comrie Castle development, near Dunfermline, where a selection of three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes are available. Prices range from £154,950 to £279,000.
Grant Ritchie, managing director of Lomond Homes, said: “Buying a house and getting married are two of the most important decisions you will ever make, and both can cause financial pressures.
“Our special Valentine’s offer will ease a burden for couples who want to marry and buy their dream home. We have a beautiful selection of housetypes at both locations, each of which demonstrates innovation, quality and style in its own distinct way.”
If you’re not planning your nuptials, don’t worry as Lomond Homes does have a range of romantic alternatives on offer to homebuyers – you could opt for a trip to Vegas, dine at a restaurant free for a year, or take advantage of a cash incentive instead.
Prospective buyers who visit the showhomes at New Farm Vale or Comrie Castle will be treated to a complimentary glass of champagne and chocolates if they visit between February 11th and 15th. Anyone who does decide to purchase a home will be entitled to the incentive of their choice at settlement stage*.
