Soils available for immediate uplift
Sub soil and top soil are available for immediate uplift (free of charge) from the Lomond Homes site at New Farm Vale, Lochgelly.
Approximately 8,000 tonnes of top soil is available as is 45,000 tonnes of sub soil is stored on site.
The soils have been tested as part of the initial site investigation.
Lomond Homes are willing to load any vehicles collecting the soils.
