Community Engagement

As a house builder, we recognise that our developments can have an impact on the lives of people, both positively and negatively. The decisions we make and the actions taken will affect the way communities live their lives now and in the future. And this is important to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone all of the time but we are committed to working together to overcome the difficulties surrounding decisions that are made, deliver excellence, realising potential and adding value.

For us it just means doing more of the same but doing it even better, learning from our successes (and failures) of the past we:

•    Work with communities as early as possible;

•    Explain how residents can get involved;

•    Provide the ways and means for peolple to be heard;

•    Ask for views, opinions and ideas;

•    Listen and respond constructively;

•    Work together to build sustainable communities where people can live, work and prosper.
